In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jilil," "we," "us," "our" refers to the jilil online gaming platform and its operating entity, licensed and regulated under PAGCOR.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilil staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your Account.

jilil reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jilil reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, jilil reserves the right to forfeit any Balance remaining in your Account, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting jilil's support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

When material changes are made, jilil will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR directive.

Your continued use of the jilil Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
